Richard M. Denholm II, Attorney at Law, is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Ohio. He is a nationally known FBI Supervisory Agent (retired) and former attorney at the U.S. Federal Election Commission (FEC). He is an expert in corruption and fraud investigations and can assist companies, individuals and other law firms with counsel, expert witness services, litigation support, and document review and in all types of white-collar criminal investigations. He also has extensive experience in counternarcotic investigations and worked closely with the Department of Justice and all key federal law enforcement agencies during his career. He has 20 years of legal and investigative experience in Washington, DC. and 10 additional years in Ohio.
